Delete your account

Version of 4 November 2026

On the web or in the Android app, go to Settings and choose “Delete my account”. To confirm, we ask you to type your email. If you like, download your data first: the button is right there. If you use the app as a guest, save your progress with an email first; otherwise your account deletes itself after 60 days unused.

If you can't sign in, write to privacy@wambito.com from your account's email and ask us to delete it. We'll let you know when it's done.

Everything in your account, right away: your account, your email, your passkeys and sessions, your transactions, categories, budgets and recurring items, and the permissions of the assistants you connected. On the phone, the app also clears what it kept of your account.

Backups that include your account delete themselves within 14 days at most. The copy that leaves the server is encrypted. There are more details in the privacy policy.
